The full uncut showdown between Aragorn and Sauron. I think it counts more as a deleted scene, but it was actually shot and filmed. I was let down when I found out it was cut and replaced with aragorn fighting a troll in the final cut. I know it didn't happen in the book but since when have they ever been 100% faithful to the source material?
