Man having an alt in college was some of the best couple years of my life. We had a 4 bR apt and it was only $750 a month. Plus sInce it was three of us, we rented the last room to our boy and split his rent money. It's a miracle I even graduated with all the nonsense goin on there.

Seems like a dorm apartment kind of thing. My friend stays in one of theses at his school and it's exactly like what the TS is describing.
You need to have a talk with your roomates about the following things right away:
1. Smoking (indoor, outdoor, the living room, can someone smoke in their own bedroom if they want?)
2. Pets (set a policy)
3. Groceries (I'd recommend everyone doing their own thing, with that many of you someone will feel cheated if you all pitch in)
4. Drugs (someone will want to start selling something out of apartment at some point)
5. Cleaning (how are you all going to keep common areas of the house clean?)
Also, you and your roomates should do something to get to know your neighbours. Maybe throw a little party. Buy some cheap beer, get a few bottles, cook up some hotdogs. It'll get you in people's good books, let you meet people, and go a long ways towards setting the tone for the next couple years.

im worried about if we ever have parties or some shyt tho, i dont want people going in my room or drunk bytches going to my bathroom but
Lock ya doors, make a do not enter sign. Don't let random people in the crib.
I stand by my front door at parties and ask who everyone is as they coming in... no randoms, that's how shyt starts, u gotta be a friend of a friend I know at least. I also don't let moochers in the crib, no drinks no entry

You gon love that shyt fam. But be careful because rooming with friends can be dangerous. Especially if there's only 2 friends but since there's 3 of yall and another person, hopefully you won't have any problems. I'm not trying to scare or jinx you, just keeping it trill.

one of the neighbors walked by called us trifling assesbreh take advantage of this moment as long as you can. i threw parties every other day on some van wilder tip. we slowed down as we got older but it was amazing while it lasted. im talking about to the point i see randoms now 2 years after i graduated and they are like are you the guy that lived in 212 ivy i was like ya why she was like omg you guys threw the best parties during college the feeling was great breh.
we always had some broads over even if we didnt like them just for laughs. become cool with your neighbors especially if its college type neighbors. if they are girls become cool with them too they will bring cooked meals buy if they feel you guys or even if you joke about it. man i miss that life i wanna go back so bad

You should be good. I'm just thinking about HS friends who have known each other for years. Had a coupla homies who I grew up with have a falling out over living together. But again, we all knew each other from before we had hair on our faces.
Just make sure you make it to class, breh.
