Black people are the only people who have this illusion that the wealthy people are suposed to be living in shyt with the broke people. No other group thinks that way. Wrong. All blacks have to do is create their own affluent suburbs. I think this thread has been done before though. But we don't see affluent whites saying they should go live in the trailer parks. The most effective thing blacks could do when they leave the hood is BUILD their own community that would be just as affluent, progressive and economically sound as white people's. It comes down to building networks. Sorry but in the hoods blacks don't own shyt. The Koreans own the hair stores. The Chinese own the chicken shops. The Arabs run the gas stations and supermarkets. It's not exactly like black people in the hood are building their own businesses and networks.

Stay there but take back the streets for the citizens who live there. Usually, when criminals get to a certain level in the game they stop the violence in their neighborhood to a large degree and maintain their criminal enterprise outside of their radius. I thought I was on ignore though. Anyway you're right. You need a critical mass. It will take more than 4/10 though in most places. The mentality will never change as long as "being about dat life" is promoted.

Ima keep standing by my theory. Where im from, the hoods of long beach it aint really no "hood" at all. Its just a bunch of young ignorant ratchet ass people. But if you go to my neighborhood you gone see palm trees, nice skys and shyt. The actually neighborhood is nice but its the people who make it "bad". And its no way to reverse that effect if everyone who makes something of themselves or turns their life around leaves the neighborhood to live around white people.

When you look at demographics of a bad area its usually shyt like.

80% single parent households, 60% no HS degree, blah blah blah.

If those demographics changed then the hood would change

Ya'll Cali nikkas must of never seen no real hoods then, where I'm from Newark,NJ on the East Coast that shyt really is a hood, abandoned and decaying buildings, Brick project buildings with litter on the streets and houses with busted and broken windows shyt looks like a real life horror movie Even our women look
