Yeah, that's right but he still sat for a proffer session with the prosecutors, or was thinking about it. That's a technicality, it's the game for sure, but if you sit down with the prosecutors, you have an idea of names you are going to give.

It's been 6 years now. He probably has to do the rest on probation or he had 2 years shaved due to good behavior.

Nah, It was a fed case so you only have to serve 85% of the sentence. He got 8 years so 6 and change is all he had to do.
