Not sure if its a white people thing or a wrestling thing but the whole Vince/Sable/Brock in addition to the Triple H/Chyna/Xpac shyt has always been weird as hell to me :mjtf:

Ep. 5 was weird as fukk. They had something going with the McMahon family stuff and then we get the worst 30 minutes of the series recounting the end of the AE and transitioning to the Ruthless Aggression, and then going back to the family bit with Shane's departure from the company (which was well done).

I think this project was too ambitious and wanted to have its cake and eat it too. If they just focused on Vince this could've been something really good but by forcing the "history of WWF/E" on it it loses focus. And I get this series was not made for longtime (or hardcore) wrestling fans but there's tons of docs that deal with WWE's timeline once Vince took over, I think Simmons got too caught up in wanting "casual viewers" to get that content and it hurts the doc.
