I don't think he actually had to come out of pocket to buy it...I'm guessing since there was no paperwork when P went bankrupt and his rights got sold off to pay the debts (same thing happened to Suge's stake in Death Row), Beats by the Pound were determined to partial owners because they produced it all and ended up with the controlling stake...can't call it...WOW THATS CRAZY..
