Recently listened to a podcast where he goes into his daily routine and plans for his channels. He mentions that his non English channels pull in way more views (guy hires real voice actors to dub the videos). I put on one of his videos where he's just blowing up cars and runs a train into a pit. My kid ran towards me like "IS THAT MR. BEAST!?!?"

He talked about the psychology behind the YouTube viewer. How content creators should create different "buckets" which are essentially the main topics a channel should discuss. You dont wanna spread yourself too thin on one channel, its gotta fit a theme.

What creates a clickable thumbnail, how they monitor the analytics within the first few hours and will swap out the image if needed.

How to capture your viewer's attention within the first few seconds so they dont click away. How adding things like b-roll footage can improve viewer retention.

Much of the value was learning how to interpret the analytics to find new opportunities for growth...Some may think Mr. Beast is just acting like a goofy white boy for easy clicks, but the time they put in preparing to record a 10 minute video is nuts.

By far the best training on social media I've been through...everybody else selling you shyt you can ironically find for free on YouTube.

Oversee means supervise. He uploads on their platform. He brings them eyes and revenue. That's the extent of it.

Yes, a black bald man could get the same impressions if he made the same exact content mr beast over the same amount of time before him. If you're asking if he could make the same content and get the same impressions while Mr Beast is doing it, then that's a silly question considering copycats rarely perform like the original.

It's why a lot have copied his formula but switched the content up to an extent.

thats where he started winning. once he tapped into india, japan, south america, it was a wrap. all his content can be read (subtitles) and heard (dubs) across the world. and using freelancers really isn't that much, especially how much he pulls in. he wasn't close minded and expanded. can't hate on it.
