Shyt is stupid AF.
You can't be "Anti-Semitic" by defending one group of "Semites"(especially innocent children) over another group of "Semites".
Both "Arabs" and "Jews" are supposedly "Semites".
The Palestinians are mostly descendants of Ancient Levantines, who were later "Arabized" due to converting to Islam.
They are NOT from Arabia, or even "Genetically Arab", SMH.
In fact many "Palestinians" have more a historic "genetic connection" to the area than many "Jews" do.
Genomic studies (Lazaridis 2016–2022, Haber 2017, Agranat-Tamir 2020) show Palestinians cluster tightly with:
- Bronze Age Canaanites
- Iron Age Judeans/Israelites
- Levantine Neolithic farmers
- Lebanese and Druze
They do
NOT cluster with Arabian Peninsula groups.
GENETIC CONTINUITY WITH ANCIENT ISRAELITES
(From strongest → weakest)
Tier 1 — Very High Continuity
These groups retain the closest genetic similarity to ancient Israelites/Judeans.
| Rank | Modern Group | Why |
|---|
| 1 | Samaritans | Small, endogamous community from the same geographic nucleus (Shechem/Nablus). ~90% Iron Age Levantine ancestry; closest known match to ancient Judeans. |
| 2 | Druze (Israel/Lebanon/Syria) | Very genetically isolated; minimal Arabian or European admixture. Overlaps strongly with Bronze & Iron Age Levantines. |
| 3 | Lebanese Christians (especially Maronites) | High continuity with Canaanite/Iron Age Levantines, very minor foreign admixture. |
| 4 | Hill-country Palestinians (West Bank highlands, Galilee) | Strong continuity with Iron Age Israelites/Judeans and Canaanite populations; lower Arabian admixture. |
Tier 2 — High Continuity (but more admixture)
Still significantly connected to ancient Israelites, but with noticeable external layers.
| Rank | Modern Group | Why |
|---|
| 5 | Palestinians (general, including coastal families) | Large Levantine component with some additional Arabian, Egyptian, and Mediterranean input. |
| 6 | Lebanese Shia | High ancient Levantine ancestry; some Arabian and Iranian/mesopotamian influences. |
| 7 | Rural Syrians (Alawites, coastal mountain groups) | High Levantine ancestry; more Anatolian influence. |
Tier 3 — Moderate Continuity (mixed but still present)
These groups retain meaningful ancient Israelite ancestry but also large non-Levantine additions.
| Rank | Modern Group | Why |
|---|
| 8 | Sephardi Jews | Mixture of ancient Levantine + Iberian + Mediterranean + North African ancestry; still show clear Israelite component. |
| 9 | Mizrahi Jews (Iraqi, Persian, Yemenite, Kurdish) | Descended from ancient Israelites but heavily admixed with Mesopotamian, Persian, and Arabian populations over 2,500 years. |
| 10 | Ashkenazi Jews | Significant ancient Israelite core (~40–60%), but mixed with Southern European, Eastern European, and Near Eastern components. |
Tier 4 — Low Continuity
These groups have small or distant connections, usually via some later Jewish ancestry or shared Near Eastern background.
| Rank | Modern Group | Why |
|---|
| 11 | Jordanian Highlanders | General ancient Levantine ancestry, but more mixed with Arabian and Nabatean elements; not specifically Israelite. |
| 12 | Lebanese Sunnis (coastal) | Higher Ottoman, Arabian, and Mediterranean admixture. |
| 13 | Bedouin groups (Jordan, Negev, Arabia) | Mostly Arabian ancestry; only minor Levantine admixture. |
