If you don't think Ross is causing destruction among black youth with his FAKE DRUG DEALING rhymes, then you're asleep.
50 might cause drama amongst other rappers, yet he's not negatively affecting the youth as much as Ross is.
I guarantee you that at the end of the day there will be more little kids influenced via Ross's fake drug dealing rhymes than 50. As street as 50 used to sound, he never glorified this stuff HALF as much as Ross does. The irony is that 50 at least came from that.. where as Ross is a straight up actor.

And I think most of the youth is smart enough to separate the real from the fake. I.e. even if some entertainers are real, separate entertainment from life.
Kids in the 60s,70s,80s all came up on soul, happy music, edutainment rap and they were a whole lot worse than those who came up on hardcore street shyt.
As far as gang culture, that's something hiphop has negatively promoted. But other than that.. I don't think gangster rap has played a significant role in promoting cats to be about that life.
