Case and point the fight for $15 minimum wage:

The problem with Democrats is that the believe taking a weak policy position like $12min wage, while "supporting" $15 would rally everyone behind them as progressive and pragmatic. $12 is only progressive when compared to the Republicans. It's not actually anything to be proud of. But it plays well with white people.

That's why the centrist policy position never makes any sense. Raising the minimum wage to $12 helps, but it doesn't solve a need. If you ask them why 12 and not 11 - they get defensive. If you ask them why 12 and not 13 - they get defensive. That is the deficit of centrism and always has been. Their policy positions are not meant to do anything but temper the fears of white people and businesses.

Centrist are basically payday loaners.

Self-fulfilling rhetoric here. A blue wave could pass medicare for all but after she blew the election, the supreme court selections may have made her prediction a reality.

70% of Americans now support Medicare-for-all—here's how single-payer could affect you

And don't look now but Bernie's new bill is going to cause companies to Automate...because they weren't going to do that anyway...
