MTV cancels Ridiculousness after 14 years; Rob Dyrdek was making $32 Million/year to host the show

I can understand why sky dance is cancelling though. Most of those vuacome stations will probably be shutting down. No reason for multiple cable channels anymore especially one that only shows one show

These bozos could’ve EASILY bought pandora or Spotify in their early days and rebranded it as an MTV streaming music app with music videos integrated. With their relationships with the music industry it would’ve been a layup.

All the love for nostalgia, MTV should have done a Retro MTV block if they still own the rights to their original programs from back in the day.
Too many of these cable companies fumblin' all types of bags.

Rob & Big was cool back in the day but Ridiculousness was always mid to me…never could get into it.

Rob been finessing MTV for so long….you gotta admire it. The network was already in life support by that point anyway. Ridiculousness, Teen Mom and Catfish were the only shows you’ll see listed on the guides.

It is sad to see the state of MTV now because they had a GOAT run from when i started watching in the late 90s towards the end of the 2000s.
