Still a form of democracy. Except in your version an even smaller minority of people control what happens in goverment.

A military crumbles without a strong economy to pay for it (via taxes) a strong economy cannot be dependant on the military for strength, it needs to be dependant on exports and trade.

So people who pay the countries bills (in the form of taxes) do not get to have a say in any way shape or form on anything that happens in the country? Imagine living in a house where you pay all the bills but someone else gets to say what goes in that house who doesnt pay any bills.

Military democracies lead to military dictatorships overnight. No one that is elected that completely controls the military (a U.S. president doesnt really) is ever going to willingly give up power thats how dictators happen. The closer the military is to the controls of goverment the easier it is to cause a military coup.

And ive never seen a country that did even a little bit of good to its majority that was run and controlled by its military

He was stupid and greedy. I’m not arguing that he wasn’t with those final moves, but I do have some sympathy for him.

The man had one of the hardest jobs on the planet. He had global sanctions placed on him by almost all the white controlled countries in the world, the ones with the most economic and military power. He had news media globally highlighting every mistake in leadership he ever made while amplifying every failure or political dissident who ever said a bad thing about him. Bashing Mugabe was the easiest way to curry favor from Cacs.

He should have gave up power and not try to hold it with his wife, but who knows what he was thinking with that stupid move. I was in Egypt during the uprising (I have pics that I don’t mind posting) when they were burning police stations and tanks were on the street. I was there when the Egyptian ruler fukked himself by turning off the whole country internet to prevent what was going to be a annoying 1,000 to 2,000 people march at best. I understand these things can go bad quickly, I feel sad for this man.

That's what upsets me the most... He just didn't know when to stop...all my Zim friends have been leaving the country for a decade now depressed.

He could have first focused on educating the natives on the land and how to use the machinery for a few years paid by taxing the "foreign" owners of the land.

It's rightly not their land but he could have easily as sole ruler with huge popularity utilized taxes not violence.
Zim was the breadbasket of the continent. Imagine the windfall which will be used strictly for training and new land acquisitions for the original natives.

Then he decided to start imprisoning the opposition and his wife was spending money like water in foreign countries. She couldn't even pretend and spend it on the people...Hospital pose you know...pr shyt.

Now all his old heroics are forever tainted.
