This thread makes me wish I could cook.

As far as multicultural food, the Chinese Food place around the corner (and the occasional burrito) is about as multicultural as I get. :sadcam:

But I do think I had Thai food once (some kind of spicy chicken and rice) and it was pretty good.

Of course my man @Serious is a man well traveled in his diet :wow: :salute:

Some more:

Salvadoran Pupusas, a tortilla filled with various ingredients. Think crunchwrap supreme

Korean Bi Bim Bap: Very westernised but still a good tasty dish. Veggies, rice, sauce, meat, eggs:krs:

Arabic Shawarma: Seasoned and marinated meat served burrito style inside a bread with vegetables and your choice of sauce (yogurt, garlic, chile)

I had this a few weeks ago. We have a world renowned chef from China that works here in Fresno. This stuff was amazing.

Not as hot as I thought it would be considering its like half pepper, lol. Szechuan cuisine is :wow: status for me,

Zhangcha duck: Tea smoked duck rubbed with pepper, ginger, salt, rice wine and some other stuff. They smoke it, steam it, then deep fry it!

Mapo Tofu:chili and bean sauce fried tofu with meat, green onion
