Multiple people killed in Pasco home; suspect on the loose

A woman says her daughter called her for help after getting shot at a mobile home in the Moon Lake area early Monday morning.
Deputies say multiple people are dead inside the home at the corner of Banbury Avenue and Adler Street.

The mother rushed to the home, picked up her bleeding daughter, and called 911 for help.

An ambulance took her to the hospital, but there have been no updates on her condition.

Deputies, including two CSI vans, are on scene one block east of Moon Lake Road. Calls came in to 911 shortly before 5 a.m. of reported gunshots.

Investigators are not saying how many victims are inside the home, because at least one suspect is still on the loose, and that's information only deputies and suspects would know.

Pasco Sheriff Chris Nocco says that "drugs may be involved" in the murders and that it is possible this was a targeted hit. He describes the scene as a "very active investigation" and urges anyone who may have information to contact the Sheriff's Office at 1-800-706-2488. Anonymous tips can also be submitted on the Sheriff's Office website.

Nocco also urged the suspect or suspects to turn themselves in. "We come out in force with force," he said during a press conference Monday morning.

Investigators say the victims "suffered significant injuries," but a medical examiner still had to determine what caused their deaths. Initial police reports said multiple people were dead after a shooting.

We checked with Pasco County Schools, and they told us no schools are impacted by the crime scene, but some school bus routes may need to be adjusted.

Deputies advise motorists to avoid Banbury Avenue at Moon Lake Road, which will remain closed as the investigation continues.

The Pasco County Sheriff's office are searching for two suspects in connection to the discovery of three bodies found in a New Port Richey mobile home.

Authorities have not released many details, saying that a 4:54 a.m. 911 call reported several gunshots in the area of Banbury Avenue and Adler Street in the Moon Lake section of New Port Richey.

According to Pasco Sheriff Chris Nocco, three people were found dead in the mobile home. Two of three of the victims have been identified as Shane Newland, 42 and Justin Huckeby, 25. Detectives are still working to notify the next of kin for the third victim.

Deputies have identified two suspects; Christopher Lee Duncan, 26, and Dora Delgado, 38. The pair is considered armed and dangerous. They were last seen driving a blue, Ford SUV with Florida tag CDAA98.

If anyone comes in contact with the suspects, deputies ask that you do not approach them and call your local authorities.

Nocco said drugs may be involved in the incident, which could have been a targeted hit.

Authorities have not said how the victims died, only saying they suffered significant injuries. The cause of death for each victims will be determined by the medical examiner.

Banbury Avenue was shut down between Adler Street and Moon Lake Road.

The Sheriff's Office is looking for information from anyone that may have been in the area this morning and saw or heard anything. Tipsters can call the Sheriff's Office at 1-800-854-2862 or contact Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay at 1-800-873-TIPS or online at crimestopperstb.com.

"Anyone who commits homicides like this could be a threat to other people," Nocco said, also using his morning news conference to send a message to the suspect or suspects. "Whoever you are, turn yourself in. We don’t back down. We meet force with force."

This isn't big news. A drug shootout in a mobile home in a poor part of Pasco county....
Will be off TV in 2 days....

The dude who beat his mother to death (she was a double amputee), then beat up his nieces was weird news this week. (also in Pasco)

Pasco is the suburban or rural county area north of Tampa.

They're still on the loose and armed and dangerous though. :mjpls:

It's worthy of national concern. :mjpls:
