Murder or Suicide? Explain.

i think it was a murder. the crime scene looks too messy....as if there was a struggle; the gun was probably placed in the hand of the victim by the killer. then again, the victim might have messed up the scene before shooting himself to throw investigators off. idk. this is difficult

I'm guessing in the first picture that she/he was murdered because of the way the body is placed in relation to the blood splatter.
The second one is defo suicide.

i was going to say that it was a suicide, but it seems like the obvious answer and i think that might be wrong. that mysterious puddle on the ground is throwing me off.

I'm not sure, im feeling a suicide because the person was sitting in the chair then shot his/her self and fell over but the fact that the gun is still firmly in hand makes me think differently. Also another thing to note is that the letter or note that the person was writing looks unfinished but it also could be finished because the glasses are set nicely on the table. But if it's a murder then the glasses could've been taken off because the person I heard a noise or somebody coming to the door

Suicide, at least that's what I saw at first:
-Possible suicide note (I'd have the decency to print mine out)
-Kitchen is messy (Again, I procrastinate on cleaning a lot)
-Gun in his hand
However..

GODWORK, you're on to something when you mentioned the gun still being firmy placed in the hand.

Right that's the most unusual part, of the person truly shot themselves the gun would not be in their hand like that.
Still thinking abt the 1st one, but the 2nd one might be suicide, I guess the water was an ice block? and if it were staged I think the rope would be perfectly in the middle of their back, not to the left (which would be more convenient for a lefty). I could be totally wrong tho
