Okay let me think this through.

Can music influence me to take a life? Absolutely not.

Can it influence someone else to take a life? Possibly.

What factors may contribute to this possibility? Someone with a rough upbringing, that may not value life, their freedom, may not always think with good reason, etc may be more susceptible to this type of influence.

Would this type of person only be vulnerable to influence musically? Absolutely not. A person can like this can be easily manipulated by a number of things not limited to unscrupulous sales men, religious/cult leaders, family, friends, thots, etc.

So what do I get from all this? Stupid people, will do stupid things, for stupid reasons :yeshrug:

In this thread nikkas continue to play dumb about precious harmless rap music. nikkas wasnt getting face tats when iron Mike got his, they started going hard when Gucci got that ice cream tatt on his face. Let's look at all of the fads in the past which music played a big part in starting. Pharrell's Arby's hat (seen nikkas in the club looking like the Amish during this period), giant ass chains with fruity ass colored diamonds, Molly (just xtc which was considered a white boy drugs until rappers), Xanax, lean, nikkas will stop wearing brands of clothes and buy the dumbest shyt if a rapper said so, skinny jeans (I remember a video of Killa cam roasting a white boy with tight jeans on back in the early 2010s only for him to have on those same tight jeans like a year later), and this list goes on n on. Rap can influence all this yet people find it hard to believe it can influence violence in people too? What's the logic behind that?

Because theres a line ppl not crossing to killing. I think theres an influence in culture, no doubt . Maybe drugs, other crimes

We got murder rates to back it up. Was the late 80s / early 90s era much more lyrically violent in their raps? Of course not

Dudes into the 60s / 70s were way more violent, killing each other after listening to jazz and some jams

Kids starting at like age 9 nowadays listen to violent music for hours, play super realistic violent games every single day yet 99.9999999999% arent driven to murder. GTA / Call of Dury are by far the most popular game series this generation but it ain't influencing no crime

HELL
Cacs came up with this shyt specifically to blame rap & hip-hop for violence. Notice that no one has posted any demonic rock music yet? Only rap. Divide and conquer.

If music is SOOO influential then it would make sense that crime would SPIKE when popular music "changed" and got "violent" right??? :sas1:
So when NWA/ICE-T came out in the late 80's and early 90's violence should have skyrocketed...but it didn't

What actually happened is that violence trended downward disproving the link b/w violence and "degenerate music" :mjpls:

Shiiit, you young nikkas don't remember how bad shyt was back in the early 90's:flabbynsick:
We've had threads on how crazy shyt was back then. That's why they passed that crime bill. MF'ers were racist and SCARED:merchant:
Black people were scared too:damn:

Every time a discussion is had the shyt rife with logical fallacies. If you set a premise or thesis statement you have to stick to what you initially said. The premise was can it turn you into a killer, nobody can prove that so as a result they just argue that music can indeed influence. Which isn't at all the same thing. Quit letting these bullshyt nikkas waste your time arguing about not shyt.

and turn that murder shyt up DJ.

It depends on the music

classical music isn’t going put subliminal messages telling you to off someone’s head or to worship satan
