is king los a dope artist like this or was this one good song?
I've been posting a lot of King Los new stuff on here recently, but nobody pays attention
For the longest, he was grade A 1 freestyler that always had trouble writing songs.
But this year I can't front he's been putting out quality music and not just freestyles.
It's been a long road for Los but I'm really anticipating he's debut album.. I just hope the project gets its proper push
My point is just because you don't like doesn't make it trash and the ability to hits are more impressive than a rapper making "lyrical" song that only a handful of people care about.

what makes it medicore is the fact that it took no distinguishable talent to make. that beat is a replication of 1000 other ones that came before it and anyone amateur beat maker could have done the same thing. and fetty sings a catchy melody but spits empty lyrics.
call me crazy but I believe that the radio blocks and big time labels should be promoting hip hop's best and brightest.
They do promote hiphop best and Brightest (Drake and Jay) they also promote artist that make songs everyone likes.
That Lupe, Nas stuff y'all champion is for niche audiences and most people (rightfully so) don't listen to rap to hear nikkas complain about how bad poor people have it they listen for entertainment and escape.

on a mainstream level the "sound" of right now is just fukking awful.. just garbled drug sounding fakkitry. i can't fukk with it at all. maybe i'm old..rap is a young man's genre
