That was a list of countries the Obama administration and Congress advised not to travel to.
Obama isn't president any more. Obama didn't enact this ban. Vp Cheeto Mussolini and President Bannon did.

About the green card holders,
Many americans are either ignorant or delusional on this topic and do NOT realize this but....
Many soldiers in the U.S. military are non-citizen immigrants with green cards. I was once one of those immigrant enlisted soldiers with a green card. Makes me wonder If U.S. military soldiers who hold green cards and are returning from their duty stations will be affected by this current ban because while you can't vote with a green card , Uncle Sam has no problem letting you fight and possibly die for him.
Would be crazy if POTUS is basically saying " fight for me but don't come back here"
And before some of you go there about the specific banned countries, YES I have worked with Iranian born and Sudanese born and Russian born immigrants who enlisted in the U.S. Army and we NOT citizens like myself. Both in Fort Sam Houston, TX and at NTC in Fort Irwin in the Mojave desert in California.
