Alan Dershowitz on CNN tried to make a purely legal argument that this will win in the Supreme Court if it makes it there in time. However, Van Jones pressed him a little bit and Dershowitz let the mask slip a little bit when they started to talk about radical islam. He tried to keep his pure lawyer face on but slip up in to partisanship with little effort.
