Where did i say that at? We were at war with Iraq common sense would tell you not to allow people in your country when your fighting people from said country. The troops were pulled per the status of forces agreement that Bush signed. No we could not keep our forces there after that fact without the Iraqi agreement as it would have subjected our troops and contractors to arrest/prosecution.
