The problem is the wording and intent. He and his surrogates have phrased this as a "Muslim ban" not the greatest idea if you want this to stand legally.

the most a judge can do is maybe force the administration to back off a little bit to give certain groups like green card holders some due process, but there is no real evidence that the order itself is illegal so the bulk of it will stand

After reading this you'll know that "Judge suspends Trump's travel ban" is about fulfilling a commandment of the illuminati religion.

The same, sadly. Most Americans are ignorant of everything. Doesn't help the concept of race is ingrained into every fabric of life and Americans assume all Muslims are Arabs and all Arabs stick together like Black Americans rooting for the Falcons during Superbowl 51. Insert some retard/coli logic. Other Arab Muslim countries have initiated restrictions long ago.

Saudi Arabia had visa restrictions for citizens of Iran, Iraq, Libya, Syria, South Yemen for 30/40 years. Egypt also requires security approval for travelers of Iran, Iraq, Syria and Yemen in addition to travel restrictions on their own citizens to Sudan. Egyptian citizens aged 18-40 require state authorization to travel to Turkey, Qatar, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Libya and Sudan since Dec 2014 (now including 16 countries). This is to prevent alleged members of "terrorist groups" from escaping. It has complicated things for some of my relatives living in these nations, however, rules are rules.

Things to note about the "Muslim Ban"
It's a temporary ban that applies to 7 nations that are either active ISIS or other Islamic terrorist cells (Revolutionary Guard of Iran) that want to harm the US and hold large swaths of land or are the predominant population or have a big role in government. With the government being overtaken by these organizations, the US state department cannot verify the antecedents of the people applying for refugee visa or for any visa for that matter. These countries were determined by Obama's CIA and FBI heads in 2011, 2015 and 2016. The temporary ban could mean the US government is trying to find ways to verify the background or antecedents of the refugees by extreme vetting that may include multiple sources of checks/balances which may all not be in existence now or not streamlined to accept these people at one go. Christians, Yazidis and other religious minorities from these regions will be given priority because they are the more persecuted lot among all refugees in these countries. No one except American born citizens have a birthright to be in the US. The Constitution applies to US citizens and residents only. As a sovereign nation the US can determine who can or cannot enter. No brotherhood of Muslim nations or true Americans patriots are co-signing the fukkery that Muslim apologists and liberals are marching for.
