Nation of Islam and The Five Percent Nation are not the same thing as Orthodox Islam in the way you're probably picturing it. Moreover, there's at least a slight difference between a member of a faith not wholly following its tenets as a personal choice, and someone making overt, offensive statements directed at the faith itself (again, not saying I personally found these lyrics offensive, but generally speaking).

Any attack by a Muslim leadership figure, or a leader of any derivative of the faith, would just be a poor reflection on that person; so much of rap is inconsistent with what Islam preaches that choosing any particular lyric to label as blasphemous is gratuitous at best.
