Around the time the super slim dropped. It comes with 12GBs of flash memory and that's it.
Literally the most pointless shyt ever, since PS3s have to install data to your HD using up damn near the entire 12GBs. You literally have to go out and buy a hard drive the minute you cop that model or you're fresh outta luck unless you're just going to be using it for blu-rays and netflix.

the new update took me like 4-5hours on the ps3 
I mean not to sound like any type of way but if you are only gaming on last gen consoles still you really need to stop. Even next gen is dated to me I can't play less than next gen

can he still swap the hard drive in that old ps3 go model though right??? i didnt think anyone brought those models i remeber xbox wanted to have an xbox with no media drive but i thought that would be insane who would buy a system that has limitations like that....

change ur PSN's DNS settings to Google's DNS and it should increase the speeds
Update took like 25 min for me on PSN
Even with Googles DNS settings PSN is still slower than XBL tho
Changing XBL's DNS settings to Google DNS makes it lightening fast tho
