Homies bail, it happens. Never stopped me from going out if i wanna turn up. I've had some of my best nights going solo dolo. 
Ideally you have a homie as a wing man/social proof but as long you mingle and dont stand alone looking like a loser then you'll still have a great night.
Most dudes dont have that confidence though.
