Your idea is to up-end racial identity through messaging and 'propaganda'. Racial identity is easy to understand; and, we've had 30-40 years of people preaching and talking about how Blacks are just as human as white people. Several decades worth of propaganda, however, racial identity still exists. Kids naturally segregate themselves even though they live in 'liberal' towns and grow up in liberal atmospheres. Aside from that, I've heard this type of talk before, it just comes down to simple messaging as opposed to acting. "We need more dialogue (encompasses 'messaging')", I've been hearing that tried and failed strategy most of my life. It doesn't work. What works is justice.
If one dislikes a Black person, despite his/her feelings towards the Black person, the individual must abide by reason/rationality. If not, the system of justice must judge that person to be unfit for civil and rational society. This is what a justice system is supposed to do, but a large segment of society adheres not to justice rather, to white supremacy.
In regards to my “plan”, I won’t be discussing any sort of plan(s) I may have or may not have with you. I don’t think you should be in these sorts of discussions. All you'd end up doing is confusing Black people into thinking there are “good” white folk attempting to end white supremacy, when if there are, they are extremely weak in comparison to most white people that practice white supremacy daily. These good white folks wanting to end white supremacy come up with some of the lamest and downright idiotic plans to counteract white supremacy. And for one, I think these "good" whites do this on purpose. I've seen how whites can mobilize and take down major corporations, I've seen whites mobilize and enact new laws and amendments overnight, then when they come around Blacks, it’s just a bunch of words, vague generalities, and "strategies"--existing around not really ruffling any feathers.
You want to continue an already failed counter-culture to root out white supremacy. Those counter-cultures have existed for the longest and have proven themselves to be failures.
