Maybe 20 years ago yeah. The suburbs of Dallas will be worse than the city of Dallas itself(which already has really high crime rates) in about 10 more years cause all the nikkas from the hood are moving to the burbs, and out of town nikkas move to the burbs as well, they never move into the actual city itself.

I know breh I spent part of my childhood down there when it was worse. Left and never came back. I hate the Grove. Easily the most ignant part of Dallas.

I used to live off Town East and Motley from 09-12 and my uncle stayed off John West and Big Town in the Town East Apartments right behind Eastfield. Them apartments was so fukking bad, my uncle used to always have a story about some wild shyt happening over there. In one month he said there were two hostage situations/kidnappings, police raided the apartment just a few units down for a drug bust, and a fukking shootout.

Hell that neighborhood I was staying in(my grandmama old neighborhood) used to have car burglaries every night and the house 4 houses down got raided, and somebody got stabbed to death at the corner store with the game room in the back in the first year I was living there. Hoes low key on the stroll. I just thought to myself that growing up it was actually a nice neighborhood, what the fukk happened.

Damn. I'm not gonna lie, I always hated that area to this day. That part of the neighborhood just has a different negativity and energy to it.
