Reminds me of this which happened in Jersey..

Yeah, that's not safe to stop. If the vehicle near the cones aren't flashing emergency lights, like a police, ambulance, fire truck, DOT work truck, and it's just a regular dude out there, accelerate. Dude will most likely move out of the way with the sound of the high rev engine.
If you have to run over the traffic cone, just do it. The cone is made of a flexible material and won't seriously damage your car.

People from here are pretty closed minded when it comes to going out and exploring shyt. nikkas don't even like to cross Charles St. People are content going out on a Friday night to the same one or two places they've been going for years. But your right theres mad shyt to do here. People from other places think its one big ass slum but theres mad green spaces and mansions and shyt here. Mad middle class neighborhoods and some upper class ones too. Our location just gets us lost in the shuffle but put us in almost every other region of the country and its gonna be one of the biggest cities in the region. If not the biggest

We're still one if the biggest in our region. Baltimore, Boston, and DC are roughly around the same size.

Not exactly. Baltimore is a compact city, but there are neighborhoods have have no issues that are quite a distance away from neighborhoods that has too many issues. But there are also some neighborhoods that are wealthy right next to neighborhoods that are poor or low middle class. York Road is a prime example: one side of York Road is poor, the other side has multi million dollar homes. Baltimore is strange like that.

:mjlol: which neighborhoods have no issue that aren't in the county?

I don't know looking at some of these crime maps that's hard to believe

True, and I'm grading on a curve just for the fact that cities have higher density of people, but crime in some of the areas of Baltimore is just as low as some of the safest parts of a city with a low average crime rate. At any rate, Baltimore is city very much on an upswing. Construction/development is up to levels not seen in over 30 years; crime is down averages that they were before the riots, also Baltimore is one of the fastest growing economies in the country; in March of this year only Philly, NYC and Chicago produced more jobs in total numbers than Baltimore, but you know, perception doesn't change as quickly as facts do :yeshrug:
