Lol @ folks in here defending the city. You don't have to brehs. Every major city has a worthless population, there is no exception. We know there are good areas of B'more and we know that there are good people there as well. This bump and rob has happened here in ATL for about 5 years now but it won't be seen AS BAD as Baltimore's because we have a better reputation on crime. Yeah, that's not safe to stop. If the vehicle near the cones aren't flashing emergency lights, like a police, ambulance, fire truck, DOT work truck, and it's just a regular dude out there, accelerate. Dude will most likely move out of the way with the sound of the high rev engine.

I used to work at a restaurant on Pratt St years ago and in the summer mad tourists from other countries. That's not including all the Americans. Baltimore has more monuments and buildings per square mile designated by the National Historical Society that any city in the country
