My barber is always late when I make an appointment

Same thing happen to me I made an 11 o clock appointment before work so im pissed it's like 11:15 I text like "where u at" dude text back "I'm on my way" he comes 11:30 doesn't say why he late etc.. This like 2nd time it happen first time he was late he told me he had to get something to eat first 
aight so dude cuts my hair this time we choppin it up but I'm still heated .At end kid you not I tell him are you going to be here in 2 weeks he is like yea and we dapped up .I go to make another appointment I see I can't make one for 3 weeks I'm 
I call this dude he says his daughter has a college tour so come on Nov 21st.So I said forget it a new barber .I don't know if it's a southern thing but these cats stay late no matter work or barber shop.I try to support black business that's why I go to a barber shop plus they chop it up about some real shyt but unprofessionalism I can't deal with.If I go 5 mins late to dentist appointment at a white office they on some re schedule plus fee but only us can be late and act like it's normal
