My beats just collect dust......

What's good gentleman, these beats just collect dust (no one else hears them), I'm positive most of you cats have music you've made like that too, am I wrong? I honestly do this shyt for myself (and I bet you do too), it is considered a therapeutic thing for many, assuming it keeps you creative and gives you that drive and gives you them little butterflies in your tummy when you get an idea or hear an ill record/sample/drumbreak, or is that just me? lol, yo when I hear an ill drum break my heart literally skips a beat, I'm so addicted to drum breaks I should go and join a "drumbreaks anonymous group".....as for samples, them too, but I'm definitely about them drum's!

The beats are hot. Its definitely therapeutic. Things come and go. Theres a lot of music that I work on that I'm just not ready to release. As far as stuff that is completed, I have no problem being transparent and putting it out there for the people.

To me it's paying it forward. The regular people I respect that do music keep putting it out there. You might not know it but there are people that are fans of you and if you have a soundcloud or youtube page with your hits and such and you keep puttin music on there. You might get someone who really lets you know, otherwise you might just have someone who checks out your music 1-3 times a week as inspiration and motivation for them to keep going, keep gettin it, keep doin it.

A beat tape, I've always thought/wanted to put one together, to be honest those beats are joints I made in the beginning of the year, I haven't made a beat in months, been busy pursuing other hobbies. I'm a nomad when it comes to hobbies,always jumping from one thing to another and it always ends back at beat making, I always find a way back to the music, sounds corny as shyt but it is what it is hah....much respect to you all....
