This happen to anybody else? I've been traveling aoot the last few woods and I've noticed whether car or plane no matter how much I eat I can't shyt

I've went 4 days without taking a dump and as soon as I get home the doo doo train starts...and I crap multiple times

A few times I've pulled into a restarea or one of those trucker gas stations with the bubble guts...and they've immediately went away and there was no pressure until I'm pulling up home
