You be surprised. Wisconsin doesn't have too many sections of a city like further south, but there are sections where you can say its mostly Hispanic.

Even tho Im sure ur boss was on some low key racist shyt, other races generally dont catch feelings like that unless its something really blatant. If he called him a dirty spic Im sure things would be different....but short Mexican....Im sure he wasnt about to make a scene over some shyt like that esp since they're usually pretty serious about keeping their jobs and being able to provide . A lot of Mexicans can pass as white anyway which makes them more comfortable with the racial humor

take the Zimmerman case for instance, they would even defend a fat Hispanic dude over a black teen regardless of what happened
