I was watching videos and this came up. It’s my coach in the ring with a kid who was probably 14 at the time. Dude came into the gym barking so Coach told kid to put his gloves on. When he says “why you waiting? Bell didn’t ring. This guy came into the gym and wanted to fight” is how man always was.
First time I got dropped from a body shot he laughed his Jamaican laugh and yelled to the rest of the gym, “LOOK AT THIS GUY! That’s why you do your fukking sit ups man!”
He’d also yell “This isn’t the fukking Mickey Mouse club!” All the time
Shout out Elias, the kid in the clip. He didn’t have a killer instinct but had skills for sure.
