All I know is, I had a good college friend, CPA, Masters in Real Estate, worked for one of the largest accounting firms in the country, worked for one of the most vaunted real estate development firms in the world, go work for Primerica, and she flourished. Bought a damn house in one of the top 25 wealthiest suburbs of my city. I know it's a scheme but it obviously works for a slither of people.

Yeah, she has a very large network. Also an AKA.
She was able to go far and not even approach me or any of her professional or college friends. Obviously, it wouldn't have been a good look and she understood that. She came up sorta in the hood so she was able to bring in a lot of the cats she grew up with that wasn't on shyt. She is very accomplished but still down the earth so she has a network of people from all walks of life.

Like I said, if you got the skills, you can make it work. She's a cutie and has credentials so that obviously can easily persuade people. Plus Primerica does have legitimate insurance offerings.
