Eat right. Lot's of carbs in the morning, carbs and at least 250g of meat or fish for lunch and at least 250g of meat or fish and a salat for dinner. Drink protein shakes in between if you feel like it, but to me that shyt is a waste of money. Drink lots of water and try to stay away from sugar.But I'm trying to build more muscle![]()
