Without actually verifying this quote, off memory I can tell it has nothing to do with this video. That verse you quoted is about the revelation being made to Paul I think. That revelation used allegories to convey to Paul that he has no right to refuse to preach the gospel to non Jews. The sheet which was lowered contained I think crocodiles or some other reptile and other unclean creatures that are forbidden to be consumed as food.Acts 11:5 reads:
