As you guys know, I plan to either run for state rep or mayor in 2020. For those who are familiar with Portsmouth my mayor is running again The guy was an EMBARRASSMENT To Hampton Roads. Also, the dude got arrested THIS YEAR for a felony I swear I shoulda ran.
