my co worker got beat out of 3k he put down on an APT

Some nikka from his "spiritual center" just bought a few units in that building across from target @ the Flatbush Junction. The units needed to be renovated so my man put down $1500 for 1st month rent and $1500 for deposit. He waited almost 2 months for his March 1 move in date.

Brehs..... We pulled up on March 5 to move him in and look what we saw

Long story short, the land lord has a lot of excuses but I'm pretty sure he just ran out of money and is trying to stall. I personally think he don't have my mans 3k anymore and he will never see his money. I feel bad for kid, he made a few critical errors here (first apt) but he's an honest good hearted person who made some SERIOUS sacrifices to be in the position to afford this apartment. It's fukked up brehs

My sis was looking to buy at that place, when her realtor and lawyer looked at the finances, she said it was pretty bad there. Peeps couldn't even sale their spots to people who'd take out a mortgage because of the building's financial problems. How's it inside though?
