My Computer is slow as shyt brehs

i don't know jack about computers except for downloading, uploading, surfing the net and installing programs.

Now that, that's out of the way.

I have a 17.3 inch acer aspire that I got in 2011 it is slow and old.
Sometimes the mouse jumps around on the page and almost every action causes the system to not respond and pause. Even very simple tasks like adding or switching a tab or even cutting the volume up.

Yes I know I need a new one but I can't afford one now.
I should add that I have virus protection and it always say my system is clean

download and run malwarebytes
download and run ccleaner
run chkdsk

If all goes well your computer should work like its brand new.

4 years is good for a laptop if its not expensive. Really nothing you can do except clean install the system and ride it out till you can cop something else.

malwarebytes + firefox + noscripts + adblock (disabled only on thecoli) + Ccleaner

and If u have windows 8 there are more way to speed things up.

No. Your computer probably is filled with spyware/malware. Perhaps to the point you might just need a complete reinstall.

There is a program that you can download when you get your computer to delete all the shyt companies have already installed on the computer. Can't remember the name though.

Wipe and clean.

Plus I am assuming you have something like 3GB or something...upgrade that to 8GB and replace the hard drive with an SSD and you are off
