tell your family to take zinc, quercetin, vitamin d, vitamin k, and whatever else is out there that will help with immune systems. i believe many people hospitalized with covid or who get severe symptoms are lacking in vitamin d, and i think i read somewhere black people especially don't absorb it as much or something when in the sun
