So this fat cac bytch at my job who got Hired after me keeps talking….she tries to take something small and blow it up to other people at out job…she done it to multiple people including talkn shyt about our boss(cool breh) in hopes that he gets fired n take over…

i told my boss about it before…n he said he had a feeling about how she is…he got a talkn too last month by our company but i dont think he knows that she keeps throwing dirt on him

yeah in the past ive always been on some “ima just work n keep to myself” but my last job i learned u gota drop dimes on people before shyt happens…i had a coworker that totally switched up n started actn like a bytch years ago…my job now is super cool…

random example: i worked 40 hours n we had a guy quit…she was talkn shyt about me to people like “max needs to work more than 40 hours he needs to help out more” ….tf?

so Sunday morning i kinda did…she took a 2 week vacation and came back during that time we changed something we do at work…

so she goes you or coworker have been doing _____ and i had to tell her “while u were gone we got word from the main boss to make the change”
Than she goes on about my supervisor bcuz he didnt make a copy of paperwork…she went to the cacs and told on him …i dont think the office told him but still…she keeps throwing dirt on people over nothing…

I learned to ignore shyt like that. People like that get themselves fired for the smallest thing because eventually everyone gets tired of hearing that bullshyt so they throw some small but technical by the book shyt on them and get em outta there.

Take the slander if you know everyone else knows you ain't doing no wrong by yo job standards. It just makes you look better and makes her try harder, which will have her fukking herself over in the end

Document everything she says and does to you and others. Get together with other coworkers and create a document where all of you sign it, then get it notarized.

That way, should something go down, you and your co-workers have paperwork to protect you.

Based on what little you shared, I have a feeling those in upper management know about it and is low key trying to protect her.

hes a chill dude…our job is pretty simple at the end of the day…we had a group text months ago where he had to tell her “im the boss ill let yall know if something needs to be changed etc” bcuz this cac was textn us like she was. A somebody
