I was killing the game a few months ago. Then we got a house and I never bounced back.

this isn't a problem. your score is still high, and it only went down because you took on a huge debt with the mortgage. and that's not even a bad debt to be honest. keep paying your mortgage and it'll go back up.

Can I check my credit score without it taking a hard hit?

My credit score on credit carma is not going up, credit carma only shows 2 credit bureaus.. I wonder if I have something that’s counting against me in the 3rd.. my credit is not moving at all even though I’m paying my credit card on time every month, I have a zero on utilization. I did have some things go to collection but that was a year ago and been taken care of.

I want to check all 3 bureaus but don’t want to take the hard hit cuz my credit score is weak right now.

an increase in your credit limit also boost up the score. see if ur credit card will give u one. this happened to me twice where barclay cad increased my limit without me asking and my credit score went up both times.

My current is a 2003 bruh
It runs but I fear I will need a new one soon
And I have few savings

Save up 2 stacks, sell your car, hit up truecar.com, and upgrade. Keep repeating Until you're satisfied with the car you have. I'm cool around 6000 - 7000. Very low depreciation, and no car note.

Bought a house in March. Just bounced back to the 790s. My credit karma is always 10-20 points lower than true hard pulls too.
It irks me to no end how they average out my credit history when I get a new card. I don't care if it's brand new. My average credit history shouldn't be 2 years when I've had a credit card for over 10

getting to the 800's is really hard. I only know two people in real life who have scores that high. as long as I'm in the 700's I'm content.

It happens with time and only time. pay a lot of things with a credit card, keep your balances low, have more open accounts and obviously no collections. dude who took out the mortgage loan above might have had quite a few hard inquiries but those disappear with time some faster than others. As long as you above 750 or so there isn't THAT much difference

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
You could have gotten yourself a secured credit card, paid off the balance every month, and had gotten a similar result

Credit card debt and an auto loan are two different variables.

You get a credit card with a low credit score it will be for small money if not a secured one. Then you have to let it build over time. It's a short term commitment if you pay off the card every month. It's good to have because it help builds revolving credit

A auto loan shows long term commitment to paying off long term debt. Even a lease helps more if you make the payments on time and honor the contract terms.
