my criminal record got changed

So i got into sum trouble 3 years ago and my charges were brandishing a firearm and assault n battery..
well i dont kno what happened but on my criminal record it now says assault n battery and a simple assault now....where da fuk did da brandishing charge go?

Oh and do u think my criminal record looks better without the brandishing charge now

alot of charges dissappear after 3 years if you completed your probation shet properly...

Brandishing a firearm is the simple assault . Nothing changed its just the legal language
