Men have to be careful when raising daughters.
You want your girls to be self sufficient but also capable of working together with a worthy man to build something.
Raising a princess means she'll either end up with a weak pushover man OR an abusive egomaniac that happens to have money.
Men like this raise their daughters to be single....girls need female influences to show them the full picture. Same way we always say "a boy needs his father" a girl needs her mother.
