Depends on where you live. In my state you can get pretty easy for a first offense, in Arizona I would have done a week in jail, in Virginia I would have done a few days in jail, in Michigan I would have "party plates" which is a special license plate that lets people know you had a DUI, in California I would have spent double what I did and had an alcohol class that lasts several weeks.

Used to drive drunk, first time I got an MIP an old friend and I had just opened our 40's and were going on a 40 minute drive to this hookah joint. I asked if he wanted me to drive but he said "no you always drive"… this nikka had a headlight out and that's how we got pulled over 
Blessing though, because drinking a 40 going to a hookah joint that is on the freeway and you're crossing bridges, we could have been killed. So I'm glad they stopped us, we blew a 0.0, because just as we opened them they pulled us over lool.
I'm 23 now, lately I haven't been messing with any of that stuff and it feels better. I ordered a beer last night after I got off work (at the airport) but that was because it was happy hour and I thought that I had to. Either way, I just took 2 sips off of it, then asked for a water. They can keep them intoxicants, I'm really trying to figure out my mind already and I don't need that shyt destroying it.

Again even if you go a block no cab/ uber is going to charge only $3-4 you dim wit. There's usually a minimum charge for getting in cab.

this is true, but uber is not available on the south side in a lot of places. same goes for cabs. them shyts aren't on the south or west side just ripe for the picking.

my DWI happened in NJ but im from PA, so my license got suspended for 7 months in NJ but was still valid in PA. PennDOT even sent me a letter to confirm my license was still valid in PA.
