and i just need a place to shower and sleep for 5 hours , im never the type to stay around, when i went to cuba last year, i was up at 6am and didnt return till like 1am every night

Yah, Iceland is the shyt, and practically everyone in Reykjavik speaks English. Outside Reykjavik, though, there were times we had to communicate using hand signals and the like. Having said that, everyone was cool. Yeah, I'm Black, so I did get one or two sideways looks, but that was about it.

If you just need a place to crash, then, yeah, any hostel will do in that case. Apparently, though, the dormitory, open space ones tend to get noisy at night. You'll also have to share bathrooms and toilets. I'm not sure how those work, though.

I'm gonna look at hitting that place up next time I'm out in Camden. The only decent places for Carribean food seems to be Peppers and Spice, Yum Yum's and Jerkys.

daps but ima be cheap, considering i barely stay at any hotel ive ever stayed at in my life and im the type to explore from morning to the night no need to pay 100 a night for some fancy azz place when im just going to shower get dressed sleep and jet

Smart move. I stayed at the Flying Pig Hostel out there thanks to a suggestion from someone on here and it was a great move. Waa connected to a bar and grill where you'd get like 30 or 40% off just for staying in the hostel. I would literally get up early, go out and eat breakfast. Go back to the hostel plan my trip, then go next door to the bar and grill, get a few drinks for a nice buzz...then head out for a day full of random adventure. Also hooked up (came close to smashing) this Japanese chik who was one of my hostel roommates. Very dope city. 2 nights I didn't make it to catch the last trains, so I ended up just walking around drunk and recording it. I went to some carribean spot and mentioned I was from Brooklyn and the people there were like and gave me some free food(it was a just a side dish) . The chik at the counter tried bagging me, I was on some :Woah: Woah: ..you ain't a good look.

Paris is kinda dope too...but at the airport, instead of it being all escalators, you walk upward on like a moving belt diagonally in like a tube. Had me on some . I never seen that shyt at any other airport in my life.

See, people who've never done it assume ya shyt is just left in the middle of the room and you just hope it doesn't get stolen, lol...such a misconception. Under the beds were a drawer u pull out that fits a decent sized suitcase and you push it back under and lock it to the bed frame. Honestly, some roommates with big ass suit cases just left them shyts without even bothering to put them under the bed. They'd just lock the zippers together. England was like my first stop out there and Paris was my last. 4 dif countries in that trip, and I booked flying Pig hostels, 6-person room in them all. No problems whatsoever. Paris one was the dopest though. It was right on the canal, half the building was a Holiday Inn, the other was the Hostel. Not sure about any other rooms, but the one I was in was huge, no bunk beds, everything was spread out. Separate room for showers, and toilets and we had a balcony that went across the whole floor. I was at the top floor.I think I lucked up with that room though. The other spots were just rooms and bunk beds.

nah, Paris was the last stop. I took a Train from Amsterdam to Paris so I could bring some drugs with me. In Paris I hit it off with my roommates, they were all in a group. What will you be doing besides coming and going? Unless you wanna pee and take dumps on ya bed, how much privacy do you really need?

Yeah I went solo. Honestly, I feel everyone should take a nice solo trip to somewhere far that they've never been at least once in their life. So much time for clarity and and open-mindedness. Also it forces you to meet people.
