My ex is having baby mama drama

his baby moms is trying to take him to court AGAIN (this is the second time, shes trying to get primary social services involved too). Basically, the bm's father (which is a pastor, the irony) wont let him see wont let him see his child. Baby mom lives with parents, fathers word is law. shes making very little effort to move out too.
There have been a few times where his daughter has said hes "not a good daddy" and apparently this is coming from the grandfather too.

I kinda feel bad because he came back from afghanistan a few years back and he JUST got honorably discharged and now he has to deal with this shyt




Is this even legal? This shyt is so toxic. the problem is baby moms is dating other guys now, and bringing that shyt around the kids

Stuff like that happens very frequently and it's not right at all. The kid is probably only saying he's not a good parent because she heard someone else say it. All he can do is take her to court for not letting him spend time with their child.


He needs to call a lawyer and get advice.

Does he pay child support? If so, he could stop paying until they let him see her. They may take him to court for not paying. That's when he can tell them that they stop letting him see her. But that might not work out well. I would just call a lawyer.
