I wouldn’t paint most East Africans with the same brush. Yeah every community has

types
some of us just don’t feel comfortable around
foreigners, specially the older generation... black, white, yellow it don’t make a difference. We come from family orientated cultures, there is always an us and them mentality benethe the surface, even within our own nations. That can be misinterpreted as racism to someone who doesn’t understand the culture, but we are just weary of outsiders, people with different languages, religions and customs... colour don’t make much of a diffence in this case..
Black is black, we all just need to come together and kick that old bullshyt to the side.
