I like that they can still rap their asses off. But they’ve been making safe background music for a while now.

I get it, they’re older and probably shouldn’t be talking about “stalking gat fools, walking jack moves”. But their new music has no edge, no “oomph”. They’re just boring tracks with mid production. I wanna hear something from them that gives me chills.

It's really odd how bad their beat and song concept selection is for group tracks.

Flesh recent solo stuff has excellent beats

KRayzie still makes great song concepts over solid beats and also has a relationship with DJ Paul.

Layzie Bone's hooks are mediocre but hes picked some good southern beats bone could get on

Bizzy had a producer in Blais that was a huge Bone fan putting together some great concepts for his album a few years ago that bone could have easily been on.

Seems like when they come together they just cant pull all those elements together for some reason.
