got Prime on accident but took advantage of some of the deals. got Titanfall 2, and Watchdogs 2 half off, then Injustice 2 preordered at 20% off. I can wait on games to go on sale nowadays, very rarely am I paying full price. price hike still sucks, as deals still really ain't much of a deal

I live in the D.C. area, get taxed 30%, have to pay for healthcare (unlike you all in Canada), and my rent is $2020 a month for a small one bedroom.

I think you have it good in Canada. So, you pay $20 more for games, but that's not as bad as what I pay where I live, which admittedly is one of the most expensive places in the US, but still

I'd love to live in Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver.

Yeah I did the E3 deal also for BF1 and FF. Didn't need Prime for that and BF1 was delivered on release date.

I guess with Prime it's guaranteed to arrive on release day, may be the difference. But again I'd have to buy enough games to cover the cost of Prime per/month and then some to make worthwhile. Can't see myself by 2-3 games a month, lol.
